A. Amber light "on"

3. Press and hold the panel button for one second, and the printing operation will resume.
B. Amber light "flashing"
Description: medium alarm: ribbon.
Symptoms: the printer stops working, and errors occur in Windows applications.
Solution: 1. Check the ribbon.
2. Load the new ribbon.
3. The ribbon will remain in sync automatically, and the printer will use the new card to start printing again.
C. Red indicator light up
Note: printer alarm.
Symptoms: print head bracket open.
Card jam.

Solution: 1. Check whether the print head bracket is closed.
2. Check whether the card type you are using is correct (please refer to "technical specification")
3. Check the card thickness control rod, and whether it is used in the correct card thickness after adjustment. (please refer to chapter 2 "loading card" POS Printer Russian)
4. Whether to send 2 CARDS at the same time, open the end cover and unpack the card cleaning box, empty the card holder, and take out the card. Reload the card cleaning box. Take the card out of the card box and reload it into the card box.

E. Amber and red light flashing

F. All lights flashing

Stop printing.
Solution: After a few seconds, it will automatically start to print again.
G. No light is on.
Description: power cord.
Symptoms: the electric wave source switch is in a stop position.
Solution: 1. Ensure that both ends of the power cord are properly inserted.
